Putting them in the freezer, or in the oven is going way overboard. I've been using buckwheat pillows since I was a kid. I live in a subtropical climate, and I've never had a problem with them being too hot in the Summer, or too cold in the Winter.
Thanks for the video....I had my buckwheat pillow for almost 10 years and would not go anywhere without it. ..Now I am ready to "invest" in a back-up pillow...for when I spend time at my daughter's... The BEST Nature can offer us to sleep on. ~.~
The problem I have with ALL pillows I have tried as they continually compress and I keep waking up to readjust them. I seldom get a good night of sleep because of this. I wonder if a buckwheat hull pillow would work better..
I am having trouble getting the fullness just right.. I am a side sleeper and was just not sure if I need it to be less or more full.. any suggestions? THanks!
Your videos about buckwheat pillows are very helpful. Thanks for covering the question of dust mites not liking the buckwheat hulls--I was wanting to try buckwheat but was wondering about this aspect.

ReplyDeleteI am considering purchasing a buckwheat pillow, is the Pillow Company a safe site to give my credit card number to?
