In this sewing tutorial I show you how to make a super easy envelope pillow cover. This is a great beginner project that any child or adult can make. If you have old throw pillows on your couch and want to revamp your home decor these would be great to make and you can whip up a bunch in no time! In this tutorial I also walk you through the technique I use to make sure my pillows fit perfectly inside the cover and there is sagging. I show you what measurements you should use for cutting your fabric and how to make the fabric overlap on the back of your completed pillow cover. This is a beginner sewing tutorial and does not require any additional notions like buttons, zipper, clasps, etc. All you need is the fabric you want to use and matching thread! Happy sewing!

ReplyDeleteI already used this video to make 4 cushion covers! The only problem was converting from inches to centimeters... so my first cover came out a little loose.Your instructions are very easy to follow though, love them!
