this all fine but people dont stay in one position during the night and toss and turn. What do you recommend to enable the pillows to stay where you started?

tonight we sleep like kings!
I use to have an amazing set of pillows that were so old that they contoured to my body and head perfectly... until one day I came home to find that my mom had thrown them all out and replaced them with new ones she got from Big Lots :(

you obviously werent listening closely... he did talk about how torque will cause pain around the shoulders and upper back....
