i almost always sleep on my stomach with with my head turned to the left.. since im always looking to the right at my computer desk, i dont mind much.. the only bad thing is, your stomach empties out better when you sleep more on your left side, since the tube is pointed in that direction

100 bucks for a pillow is crazy you can get 2 memory foam Serta pillows for 30 bucks and they are 10 times better. I bought this stomach sleeper pillow to try and I returned it. It's awkwardly shaped and the area for your arm is in the wrong spot to work perfectly.
